Used America Logistics for the first time for transportation for my 82 yr old Mom, who is wheelchair bound. I made the arrangements through Molina Medical with confirmations to/from her doctors appt. After waiting for 1/2 hour, tried to call for a pick up and was on hood for 45 minutes, until my phone died. My Mom sat outside in the sun for over 3 hours, waiting for the driver to show up!!!!!
